Yes, our refund policy is:

Before August 31:

If you cancel your registration before August 31, you’ll receive a full refund of registration fees (minus a $10 processing fee).

After August 31:

If you cancel your registration after August 31, you’ll only receive a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee) if you can no longer attend due to any of the following reasons:

• You have a medical condition that prevents you from attending (doctor’s medical certificate required)
• The event has been cancelled

If none of these apply to you, and you’ve cancelled after August 31, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
