How do we organise a group payment for our Youth Group?

Would you like to pay for your Group all together?

Maybe you’re running a fundraiser or your church/group is subsidising the cost for your group.

No worries! We can organise a group payment for you.

This is how it works:

  1. Contact us at teenstreet.au@om.org to request we set up a Group Payment Option for your group. In the email please include the Church Name, as well as the phone and email for the Group Leader.
  2. We’ll give you a unique Access Code, only to be used by your group members.
  3. Share this Access Code with your group members, which they will use to register. For instructions on how to use the code, see How do I register as part of a Group?
  4. After registration closes on June 5, we will tally up how many people used your unique Access Code and send you an invoice to pay the balance owing.

Please note: each attendee still needs to complete the registration form, because we need parent/guardian details for each Teen who registers.

Important Note about Early Bird registration!

If your group members register before April 25, they will qualify for the Early Bird Special.

You will receive an invoice for all Early Bird registrations on April 26. This needs to be paid in full within 7 days for your members to receive their Early Bird Bonus.

Of course, your group members can continue to register after Early Bird has ended. We’ll send you the second and final invoice (with all those who have registered after Early Bird) once registration has closed on June 5.
